Following the significant attention garnered from both domestic and international customers at the 2024 CINTE exhibition, Zhejiang Anshun Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd. will once again make a strong appearance at the Shanghai International Nonwoven Materials Exhibition on December 3, 2025. This time, the company will focus on its dual-core "bio-based + recycled" technology, unveiling a new generation of biodegradable composite fibers for the first time—targeting high-growth markets worth hundreds of billions of yuan, such as healthcare and eco-friendly packaging.

Global Debut of Revolutionary New Product
• Bio-based composite fiber HYDROGREEN®: For the first time, corn starch derivatives are combined with recycled polyester, featuring a bio-carbon content exceeding 45% and reducing the degradation period to just one-third of that for conventional products.
• Ultra-fine medical fiber (1.0D): OEKO-TEX certified, this breakthrough technology achieves uniform distribution of a 0.1mm antibacterial layer, providing a solid foundation for high-end medical protective materials.
• Upgraded original liquid-dyed fiber: Introducing 10 new eco-friendly color palettes, helping to reduce carbon emissions by 62% in the filtration, separation, and transportation sectors.

Localized Innovation Services for the Dual Carbon Strategy
Anshun Chemical Fiber will showcase the latest achievement from its Shanghai R&D Center—the "Carbon Footprint Tracking System," developed in alignment with the "Guiding Opinions on High-Quality Development of the Industrial Textiles Industry." This system enables real-time calculation of carbon emissions data spanning the entire process—from raw materials to finished products (covering all three production lines)—helping customers precisely achieve their ESG goals.

Building an Industrial Ecosystem Community
During the exhibition, the company will set up a "Nonwoven Fabric Experimental Line Interactive Zone" on a specially designed 3,000-square-meter booth, showcasing the twin-component fiber hot-air nonwoven fabric forming process on-site. "We have already provided customized solutions to more than 30 leading enterprises worldwide," emphasized the Technical Director, "and we look forward to deepening industry-academia-research collaboration through this local trade show, jointly building a green ecosystem for nonwoven materials."
