Dope-dyed fiber
The raw material of Anshun dope-dyed fibers has a sheath-core structure. The color masterbatch is added to the PET core layer, with no precipitation or fading. The color masterbatch has passed third-party authoritative certification, ensuring it is safe and reliable.
Feature
(1) Colored fibers made by directly adding colorants during the spinning process. Compared with traditional printing and dyeing, it eliminates the dyeing process and reduces the discharge of wastewater, waste gas and chemical dyes from the source.
(2) In terms of performance, it is on a par with virgin fibers. It has high strength, wear resistance, and excellent shape retention, while not sacrificing the inherent comfortable feel of polyester fibers.
