C6 Hot Water Repellent Polyester Staple Fiber

Compared with ordinary C6 water repellency, the film layer breaks after hot water impact. Water-repellent hot water C6 forms a fluorocarbon cross-linked framework by introducing high-temperature resistant monomers into the C6 fluorocarbon chain. The rigid ring structure of this framework can still maintain conformational stability at high temperatures, enabling the water-repellent molecules to maintain continuous directional arrangement and the surface tension not to increase. When rinsed with hot water, the cohesive force of water droplets is always greater than their adhesion to the fiber surface, so they keep rolling off in a bead shape, achieving water repellency against 60℃ hot water
