 Laboratory Overview
 Anshun's R&D laboratory for chemical fibers is located in the company's dedicated R&D building, spanning 1,500 square meters. Equipped with advanced fiber-testing instruments and nonwoven fabric testing equipment, the lab is fully capable of supporting end-to-end R&D needs—from polymer modification and fiber spinning to nonwoven fabric production—demonstrating both cutting-edge technological expertise and a forward-thinking vision.

Polymer Modification Laboratory
This laboratory specializes in exploring the modification of polymer materials, tailoring personalized modification strategies based on the product's end-use applications, cost considerations, and fiber-spinnability. This is a core R&D process that significantly enhances both the originality of our products and their competitiveness in the market.
 
        
Fiber Spinning Laboratory
The facility is equipped with a 100 kg/h polyester/ES composite fiber pilot line and two synthetic fiber testing machines, focusing on dope-dyed filament sampling, new material spinning performance testing, and pre-production trials for upcoming product launches. The lab can swiftly produce small-batch, customized fiber samples, helping to shorten the R&D cycle and accelerate time-to-market for innovative products.
 
        
Nonwoven Fabric Innovation Lab
This indoor facility is equipped with a compact needle-punching and hot-air nonwoven fabric pilot line, capable of transforming new fibers into nonwoven materials while enabling comprehensive performance evaluations. Additionally, it handles follow-up testing of mass-produced products to ensure flawless quality.
 
        
Flame Retardancy Testing Laboratory
The lab is equipped with a vertical combustion testing apparatus, enabling flame-retardant tests on needle-punched nonwovens, edge-seamed nonwovens, carpets, and various building materials.
