Composite staple fiber
ES Fiber(PE/PP、PE/PET)
Anshun PE/PP、PE/PET bicomponent fiber is a single fiber composited by melt spinning through two different physical materials and commonly used in the production of sanitary products, such as diapers and sanitary napkins. The absorbency and thickness can also be customized for specific applications, and the composite nature of the PE/PP bicomponent fiber can provide additional benefits, such as improved strength and durability.
Weak Acid ES fiber
A weakly acidic finishing agent with the function of regulating the pH value is selected. Through the post-processing method, the fiber is endued with the effect of being weakly acidic. After the fiber is made into a non-woven fabric, the non-woven fabric can possess the functions of being skin-friendly, antibacterial, and preventing allergies, etc.
rPP/rPET
rPP/rPETis made from recycled polypropylene (rPP) and recycled polyethylene terephthalate (rPET) through a special process. RPP uses post-consumer polypropylene lunch boxes as raw materials, which not only reduce the environmental impact of plastic waste, but also have similar physical properties to virgin polypropylene fibers, making it a sustainable textile material choice.
