From September 19 to 21, 2024, the 17th China International Exhibition of Industrial Textiles and Nonwovens (CINTE24) was grandly held at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. Zhejiang Anshun Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd. The 17th China International Exhibition of Industrial Textiles and Nonwovens (CINTE24) focused on the theme of "Green, Smart, and Integrated," showcasing the latest innovations and cutting-edge green, sustainable development technologies in the industrial textiles and nonwovens industry, while fostering international exchange and collaboration within the sector.
Our company’s exhibition theme revolves around the core idea outlined in the "Guiding Opinions on High-Quality Development of the Industrial Textiles Industry," jointly released by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the National Development and Reform Commission—namely, developing environmentally friendly products, increasing the application ratio of natural fibers, regenerated cellulose fibers, and more, and initiating certification processes for biodegradable nonwoven fabrics and related products. In response, our company has actively prepared exhibits and promotional materials centered on this very theme. We are particularly highlighting our eco-friendly fibers, including EasyCan® biodegradable fiber, solution-dyed fiber, fluorine-free water-repellent fiber, and OLIGOTEX® low-melting-point polyester staple fiber—all designed to support sustainable and green manufacturing practices.

Focused on the themes of "Green, Smart, and Integrated," the event features overseas pavilions, an Innovation Corridor, specialized forums, and other engaging formats, showcasing cutting-edge technologies and highlighting green, sustainable advancements in the industrial textiles and nonwoven fabrics industries. This platform fosters efficient communication and collaboration among global industry players, driving innovation and growth across the sector.

Original Liquid-Colored Fiber
By adding color masterbatch to the core layer, the color fastness is significantly enhanced. At the same time, this eliminates the dyeing process in downstream operations, reducing wastewater and carbon dioxide emissions compared to conventional polyester fibers:
Adopting the original liquid dyeing technology can reduce water consumption by 89%, energy use by 63%, and chemical usage by 63%, while also cutting carbon dioxide emissions by 62% and COD emissions by 67%.
Without dyeing processes, the original solution-dyed fibers are directly produced during the spinning process, eliminating the wastewater issues typically associated with conventional dyeing methods. This makes it a highly promising green fiber.
It is harmless to the human body; the dyes used in pre-spinning coloring contain no prohibited structures or harmful ingredients, making them environmentally friendly and safe for human health.
