On September 16, 2025, Zhejiang Anshun Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd. (a member of Baolut Group) will make its debut at the Moscow Textile Technology and Nonwovens Exhibition in Russia, showcasing its innovative, eco-friendly fiber products. As a technology leader with 30 years of expertise in the polyester staple fiber sector, Anshun Chemical Fiber aims to introduce China's cutting-edge, green fiber solutions to the Eurasian market, supporting the global textile industry's transition toward low-carbon practices.
Focusing on Eastern European needs, customized product portfolio
Addressing the strong demand for functional fibers in Russia and Eastern Europe, Anshun Chemical Fiber will highlight its three core products:
Fluorine-free water-repellent fiber: Achieves high-efficiency waterproof performance through an environmentally friendly process, meeting the specialized needs of protective clothing, outdoor gear, and other unique applications.
OLIGOTEX® Low-Melting Polyester Staple Fiber: Significantly reduces downstream production energy consumption and is ideal for efficient bonding in automotive interiors and geotextiles.
Yi Ke An® Biodegradable Fiber: GRS-certified, offering a "zero-residue" circular solution for the medical and packaging industries.
 Technological endorsement strengthens international competitiveness.
Relying on a 1,500-square-meter national-level R&D center and a industry-leading vertical combustion laboratory, Anshun Chemical Fiber will demonstrate firsthand the performance stability of its fibers under extreme conditions—such as providing low-temperature test data at -30°C. The company’s unique solution-dyeing technology, a green process that reduces water consumption by 89% and energy usage by 63%, will serve as a key competitive advantage in overcoming EU environmental barriers.
 Deepen global sustainable cooperation
“The Russian market is a crucial pivot for implementing the ‘Dual Carbon’ strategy,” said the General Manager of Anshun Chemical Fiber. “We look forward to collaborating with local partners to jointly build a recycled materials supply chain, leveraging our scalable production capacity of 60,000 tons per year and our triple-certified system—ISO, GRS, and OEKO-TEX—to drive the green transformation of industrial textiles in Eastern Europe.”
