Sustainable development

Green products not only refer to the green origin and the sustainability of the products, but also include green production processes.

Original Liquid-Colored Fiber

Traditionally, fiber dyeing involves turning white fibers into fabric first, followed by the dyeing process to add color. This method not only consumes vast amounts of water, energy, and chemical dyes but also generates significant wastewater containing harmful chemicals, leading to severe environmental pollution. However, with growing public awareness of environmental issues and increasingly stringent eco-friendly regulations, solution-dyed polyester staple fibers have emerged as a game-changer. They not only address the longstanding challenges of conventional dyeing methods but are also spearheading the textile industry’s green transformation.

Original liquid-dyed polyester staple fiber, also known as "undyed fiber" or "pre-spinning dyed fiber," is a colored fiber produced by directly incorporating colorants during the spinning process. Compared to traditional dyeing and printing methods, this innovative approach eliminates the need for separate dyeing steps, significantly reducing wastewater, exhaust emissions, and the use of chemical dyes right from the source. According to statistics, adopting original liquid-dyeing technology can lead to a 55% reduction in water consumption, a 54% decrease in energy use, a 59% cut in carbon dioxide emissions, and a 34% reduction in COD discharge.

Our original liquid-dyed fibers match the performance of virgin fibers, offering high strength, excellent abrasion resistance, and superior shape retention—without compromising the inherent comfort and softness that make polyester fibers so beloved.
Currently, our solution-dyed fibers have been successfully applied across multiple industries, including hygiene products, construction materials, home textiles, carpet manufacturing, and automotive interiors. We offer customized product services to meet our customers' unique needs—whether it’s fiber fineness, length, color, or specific functional properties. Count on us for precise, tailored solutions every time.
